High blood pressure is a health problem. It can increase the risk of having other diseases. Although high blood pressure can not be cured, it can be controlled. Keeping it under control or within a safe range will more than likely prevent the complications of high blood pressure, such as stroke, heart attack or heart failure, and kidney failure.

Instruction for you to reduce the risk factors are:

  1. Reduce consumption of salt in your food.
  2. Reduce consumption of fatty food and food wich is rich in cholesterol such as egg yolk, butter, organ meals and coconut milk.
  3. Reduce your weight, if you are over-weight.
  4. Exercise regularly.
  5. Avoid cigarette smoking.
  6. Avoid stress.
  7. Take regularly your blood pressure.
